They gave a very thorough inspection and have submitted to insurance for hail damage. Not surprisingly insurance has turned down the claim. Triumph resent the photos and were very precise in describing the hail damage and how it will affect the performance of the roof during rain. We are way to hear back. Triumph Roofing removed the older concrete tiles, replaced the damaged plywood/fascia and new installed new Ultra Synthetic underlayment. They brought the house up to code by adding the bird-stop and trim on the edges of the rounded tiles. They worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job during the hot June weather. The before and after pictures, as well as pictures of the progress kept me up to date with the progress of the new roof.
